Jellystone Park™ at Kozy Rest Named 2017 National “Park of the Year” for Fourth Time in Seven Years

HARRISVILLE, PA (1/3/2018) — Just one-hour north of Pittsburgh, Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park at Kozy Rest, a premier camp-resort, has been recently named 2017 Medium-Sized “Park of the Year” for the fourth time in seven years. Bought by the Quigley family in 2000, this campground has become an award winning and highly visited camp-resort.

The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) presented the award to owners, Denny and Gary Quigley in late 2017. The award is presented to RV parks and campgrounds that deliver an extraordinary guest experience as a result of all-around excellence in operations, professionalism, marketing, customer service and industry involvement. With 16,000+ parks throughout the nation, winning “Park of the Year” once is an honor, but four times is rare, with only a handful of other parks that can boast this achievement.
