Do you offer any discounts?
We do! We offer great deals all season! You can also follow us on Facebook to stay up-to-date on any seasonal deals and specials we’re offering. We do not accept AAA, Good Sams Club, or any others.
How many guests are included in my base rate?
Your nightly base rate includes 4 people (4 years and older). Our larger cabin units include additional occupants. 
Are there any deals or promo codes available?
Yes! We have great ways to help our campers stay and save all season long. Learn about all of our ways to save on our Deals page.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance!
What are your peak and non-peak season dates and does that impact the attractions?
Our Camp-Resort dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season and are as follows:   
2023 Peak Season: 6/9/23 – 8/19/23   
2023 Non-Peak Season: 4/14/23 – 6/8/23 & 8/20/23 – 10/28/23        *Events, attractions, and facilities have limited availability during non-peak season.

What are your hours of operation?
Hours for our attractions and facilities vary throughout the year. For the most up-to-date hours, visit our Guest Dashboard.
Where can I find information about themed events at the Camp-Resort?
Good question! We have a jam-packed calendar of themed weeks and weekends from April to October. You can find a list of our upcoming themed events here.
How do I make changes/add on items to my current reservation?
If you are needing to make changes or add something to your reservation, please use the contact us link to send us a message. You may also give us a call during office hours at (724) 735-2417 and we can help over the phone as well. Please be ready with your confirmation number.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable lock-in fee. If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.
How do I use Club Yogi™ Rewards?
Club Yogi™ Rewards points can be saved up and redeemed for free nights or select Jellystone Park™ merchandise!

Are there any job opportunities available?

Can I pitch a tent at my campsite with my RV?
Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent at every RV site. Unfortunately, we don’t allow tents at any of our cabin sites.
Are pets allowed?
We do have pet-friendly cabins! Look for the "pet friendly" option next to the cabin name - that indicates which cabins welcome furry friends!
When is the cheapest time to book?
Visit us in the spring or fall and enjoy reduced rates! Please keep in mind that activities are limited to weekends only during these times. Enjoy reduced rates during the week (Sunday-Thursday) all season long!
